The farm operates with various species, each undergoing specific phases of growth and development. 276 piglets in transition, housed initially in two rooms with a total of 24 pens (one of which is reserved for sick animals). Over a period of 6 weeks, their live weight and feed consumption are monitored every 14 days, including both feed and water intake. 2 barns of 132 fattening pigs in 24 pens (two of them for sick pigs). The fattening process spans 90-115 days, contingent upon the final weight achieved. Monitoring involves tracking live weight and feed consumption every 21 days, ensuring adequate feed and water intake for optimal growth. Studies of iberian pig are available in a third barn.
